How can I help you?

 I don’t believe that another exercise or diet plan is the answer.  I don’t believe you can scare or shame yourself into change.  I also don’t believe that all your good intentions and broken promises mean you lack will power.

 

I believe that your relationship with your body, food and eating habits is completely unique, just like you.   I believe that every aspect of your life deeply affects every other aspect of your life.  I believe that you deserve to be happy - happy in, and with your body, happy with your eating,

happy in your work and relationships and happy with your life. 

 

I also believe you have everything you need inside of you to achieve this. 

 

I would love to work with you to explore your life as an eater and as

multi-faceted human being.  I believe that together we can find a better approach to your food, eating, and body and life issues.  One which looks at them not as problems to fix, but as the means to discover your hearts true desires, your true aliveness and your true creative contribution.

Who am I?

I know what it feels like to wake up after a carb binge hang-over, to promise myself that today is a new beginning, only to repeat the process a day, a week or a month later.    To look in the mirror and reject myself.  To ride on the wave of weight loss  only to come crashing down again on the beach of failure. 

 

Yes, I am all too familiar with the self-loathing, self doubting and self-punishing that goes along with a disordered relationship with food, eating and body image. 

 

Which is why I have spent the last 30 years studying in-depth any topic related to

self-help and habit change, food and eating, health and nutrition, meditation and spirituality. 

There are many dimensions to my professional and personal journey which give me the confidence that I can help you to change your relationship with your food, eating and body and start living a healthier, happier and more authentic life.
